Suface Preparation
The surface must be free from loose particles and oils before application.
Clean the surface to remove dust, grease, or dirt. Use a degreaser for any oil or grease removal.
Clean until all loose rust and old paint has been removed.
If needed, use a powered or hand brush on difficult spots.
After preparation & before applying, make sure there is no water remaining on the surface.
Applying CB200
Apply a thin layer of CB 200, up to 80-100 microns wet, without overlapping.
Make sure that the applied surface is not above 60 Degrees Celsius.
Where needed use a paint brush to reach difficult areas, make sure not to over-coat.
By request We supply a pigmented CB200 for identification between the painted surface and the unpainted surface.
